"Advanced Strategies for Long Term Care Insurance," a conference sponsored
by International Business Communications (IBC) in Chicago on March 22,
2000. After
the speech, entitled
"Pigs, Pythons and Politics: How to Survive the Aging of the Baby Boom,"
Moses debated the Urban Institute's Principal Research Associate Joshua
Wiener on the topic of "Public vs. Private Long Term Care Financing." To
