Center Adding Staff to Team

Great news! The Center for Long-Term Care Financing is hiring for two new positions: Fundraising/Public Relations Coordinator and Research Coordinator. **Fundraising/Public Relations Coordinator**

The Center for Long-Term Care Financing, a Seattle-based public policy and education organization dedicated to ensuring quality long-term care for all Americans, seeks an experienced professional to serve as Fundraising and Public Relations Coordinator. This full-time salaried employee's primary responsibilities include: (1) growing and broadening the Center's financial support; and (2) expanding media coverage of the Center's publications, presentations and other activities. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience with spreadsheet and database software a plus. Flexible schedule with some telecommuting possible. Limited travel, mostly to major U.S. cities for conferences.

**Research Coordinator**

The Center for Long-Term Care Financing, a Seattle-based public policy and education organization dedicated to ensuring quality long-term care for all Americans, seeks an experienced professional to serve as Research Coordinator. This full-time salaried employee's primary responsibilities include: (1) providing research assistance to Center President and Vice President on issues related to public and private financing of long-term care; (2) developing a consistent stream of research publications appropriate for distribution to media, lawmakers, and other opinion leaders; and (3) obtaining grant funding to underwrite the Center's major research projects. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Flexible schedule with some telecommuting possible. Limited travel, mostly to major U.S. cities for conferences. Previous research and grant writing experience desired. Specialized knowledge of long-term care not required, but must have strong willingness to learn subject area.
